Just realised that it’s been 6 years of blogging. Last Saturday. I didn’t even think of it.
I guess it’s called growing up – similar to the moment when your birthdays are not that important any more and you have to do a little calculation to figure out what to say when someone asks about your age :)

I realised recently I started blogging more than eight years ago (though because of the death of my first host I only have seven years of postings still online). And lo I too am doing a thesis on blogging… I think I might have some kind of celebration when my blog hits ten years old…

Congratulations! When’s you PhD defense?
Samuel, great to hear from you! If everything goes well the dissertation should be ready somewhere in November, so then the defense is in March (takes 4 months in Utrecht from the moment of submitting your book). I will definitely have all the info on my blog as soon as it’s more clear.
