6 years of blogging

Just realised that it’s been 6 years of blogging. Last Saturday. I didn’t even think of it.

I guess it’s called growing up - similar to the moment when your birthdays are not that important any more and you have to do a little calculation to figure out what to say when someone asks about your age :)

    Don’t know - it got me into doing PhD research on weblogs, which is not healthy at all :)

    I realised recently I started blogging more than eight years ago (though because of the death of my first host I only have seven years of postings still online). And lo I too am doing a thesis on blogging… I think I might have some kind of celebration when my blog hits ten years old…

    Samuel, great to hear from you! If everything goes well the dissertation should be ready somewhere in November, so then the defense is in March (takes 4 months in Utrecht from the moment of submitting your book). I will definitely have all the info on my blog as soon as it’s more clear.

    Like my house right now this blog is loved, but neglected space: finishing my dissertation and being a happy mom doesn't leave much energy for anything else. I'm almost there, starting to look forward to "after the PhD" life, like moving to an unknown country...
