In case you are wondering why it takes so long to see photos of Alexander online, there are two reasons:
- I can’t decide how much I should compromise his privacy by exposing him online without his consent even while being a parent should give me some decision-making rights in this respect :)
- There is a tradition (superstition :) in Russia that a newborn shouldn’t be seen in public for the first month. Not that I believe in that, but I though that respecting it at least for “not being online for the first month” makes a good excuse for taking time before sharing anything.
Since he is one months now I’m putting some photos on Flickr (however most are still family and friends only since I’m still undecisive about the first issue :)
