Birthday learning

Today is my birthday and I was leading the workshop focused on KM/learning connection. I’ve got some interesting ideas from it, but my main learning today is:

NEVER CHAIR WORKSHOPS ON YOUR OWN BIRTHDAY!

I’m just tired :)))

I've been offline for a while, practicing being a mother, recovering from a burnout and reinventing life. Currently I'm mainly busy with figuring out how to integrate parenting and being a professional, how to facilitate learning in practice and how to make things with my hands. Hopefully more writing will happen, but no promises :)
