Lost with PhD ideas

Finally I’m totally confused. It’s not only difficult to narrow down my ideas for PhD research, they are also getting more diverse. And I don’t know what do to with it. Does anyone knows a strategy to define a PhD?

I've been offline for a while, practicing being a mother, recovering from a burnout and reinventing life. Currently I'm mainly busy with figuring out how to integrate parenting and being a professional, how to facilitate learning in practice and how to make things with my hands.
