Interorganisational communities and knowledge leaking

One more thing from last week workshop:

• After trust is established people start sharing things without much thiking about protecting knowledge or their company. So, is it dangerous?
• Not really. Ideally organisations would establish community for a common interest, so it is not likely that other ideas would be exchanged.
